OUR PROCESS

This process enables us to deliver most our projects within 10 days and with 80% of videos only needing one revision or less, which is practically unheard of.

“In my (long) career, I've worked with a fairly long list of video production companies. Never have I had a creative team collect their footage and provide our video story back in only two rounds.”

Kathy Stephenson, CuliNex

INITIATION

Meet and Greet
Conducted via Zoom, here is where get to know each other more and collect an overview of your video needs. This information is used to produce for you a proposal.

Getting Started

Upon the decision to get started, a remittance of your startup investment (downpayment) will reserve your project’s timeframe into our workflow calendar and fund the inceptive operating expenses. This includes scheduling your preproduction meeting(s).

PREPRODUCTION

This is where we spent most of our time. We design to complete the video before we start. We take it upon ourselves to enter a “Learning Phase”, learning all we can about your business to be the most effective advocate we can be; to be a strategic partner

This enables us to:

  • Deliver your content much faster, as we simply execute what we’ve planned

  • No unpleasant surprises on delivery.

  • Sometimes this starts in our initial meeting

  • We’ll help outline the locations, the people involved, and the content of your video(s), including the visuals and an overview of what is going to be said.

NOTE: In the event you are pre-generated script for narration, we’ll use that to direct our visuals. If we filming an interview, we’ll simple build and outline of what’s being said and use our specific coaching process to help you give authentic yet effective responses.

Next, we plan for logistics. What time will we need to be a which location. Will the person being interviewed be available the time we’ll be there? What equipment is needed for the shoot? E.g. To film client experiences, we need to confirm their schedules and if the location we’re filming at will be quiet and available. If we’re filming in a dark room, we might need extra lighting.

  • Next, we build your storyboard based on what we’ve learned and planned. This is sometimes in detailed text with some visual samples or we’ll use another video (ours or others) as visual reference. You’ll then sign off on what we’ve created.

  • We’ll complete the rest of the logistical planning needed, including confirming the schedule and making sure everything in place.

PRODUCTION

We will collect all of the media for the project within your allotted time frame, depending on how many locations and other variables are determined. All footage is backed to our online server immediately after the shoot, and multiple hard copies are made to ensure your media is safe.

Here’s what to expect during an interview:

POST PRODUCTION

Here is where everything comes together!

  • Like a potter, we start carving away at the excess and forming the beautiful vessel of your video.

  • The high-end cameras we use retain incredible amounts of color data, but similar to how an analog film camera needs to be processed, the footage needs to ran through a digital process of color grading and color correction to bring those colors to life, This is where we adjust the color and stylize your videos to match your brand, if needed.

  • We’ll upload the draft(s) to our review platform where you can click right on the video and make comments in real time. It’s very user friendly and makes communication about your video incredibly easy.

  • Once we’ve completed your revisions, if there are any, we’ll send you a link to either embed or download your video!
