We’ll conduct meetings to learn about your product or service to be able to navigate through it ourselves. This phase is especially helpful if we need to do screen recordings or product demos. In the case we’re shooting original content, we will plan out the shots, location(s), and schedule. And whether or we creating original content or not, we’ll put together a storyboard together of what we want the final project to look like.

Next, we’ll look to you to provide a finalized script before we start production. This will give us the ability to source the narration, which lays the foundation for what media will be used and when it will be used in the project’s timeline.

Here is where will putting together the draft of your video(s). This includes sample imagery (whether sourced or original), music samples, and audio samples from the narrators.

Once the direction is confirmed of all aspects, we’ll license the media, music, cement the final with the narrators, and complete the rough draft.

Your project’s draft will be sent to you via a Vimeo link. Using their tools, you can leave comments on specific frames of the video. We’ll then either schedule a meeting to go over the revisions together, or we will complete the revisions and then send for your final review. NOTE: Because we spend so much time in the preproduction phase, most of the time we have very little work to do in this phase.
