Clean and colorful.
We don't use lens filters, lift our exposure, and spend extra time in reducing image noise. The end result is a more modern, sharp, and contrasty look.
Most real estate video is a walkthrough with music. We treat it as a short film for a specific buyer, with the seller narrating or the camera narrating, whichever sells the house.
Before we roll camera, we ask the two questions that decide everything: what makes the buyer say yes, and what helps you close the listing?
Pre-production is where the story lives. The Discovery process asks five questions that determine everything: orientation, lighting, key features, style, and buyer profile. Strategy shapes the storyboard, shotlist, and production schedule.
Two production approaches. A Cinematic Story works when the property has character worth explaining. A Walk-Through works where the rooms tell the story themselves. The choice is determined by what serves the buyer's decision.
The craft supports the strategy. RED Camera. 6K RAW. Rectilinear lenses. Drone aerial. This is not about showing off. It is what makes the video hold up on the buyer's TV and on the listing portal.
Color, pace, and casting match the buyer. Three film styles and three buyer profiles inform every decision: young professional, young family, retirees. Everything reinforces one narrative: "this home is for you."
The films that sell come from the people who know the house best. When the architect, builder, or seller narrates the story, the choices, the materials, the vision, buyers hear something real. They connect to the home, not just look at it.
This gives you a sharper pitch. Your seller gets a film that does their story justice. The buyer sees the house through the eyes of the person who built it, and that conviction moves them toward an offer.
This is a Comprehensive Cinematic Story. Full production, matched to the property and the buyer demographic.
In this Cinematic Story example, you'll see people in the frame. On a Comprehensive production, we can cast models that fit the buyer demographic so the right buyer pictures themselves living there.
The best product films work the same way. Buyers picture themselves in a home faster when they see someone like them already in it.
Interview-style narration or guided tour. RED 6K RAW. Rectilinear lenses. Drone aerial included.
Every choice on this page exists to do one thing: help the buyer say yes and help you close. We have shot listings across NYC properties, from townhouses to new developments, with drone aerial on every shoot so your listing leads on the portal. The preproduction below is where that work happens, before the camera ever comes out.
This sets the order we shoot in and the best time of day to capture each room in its strongest light.
One of the main aspects that can make or break real estate cinematography is having the rooms properly lit.
The selling points you want front and center. This builds the storyboard and shotlist, so shoot days run tight and nothing gets missed.
This will depend on what music we use and how we shoot it.
A young professional, a growing family, a retired couple. That answer sets the pace of the edit and the color grade, and if we cast models, it tells us who to put on screen.
The kit is the part buyers never see and always feel. It is what makes the listing hold up on a 65-inch TV and a phone-sized portal ad alike.
Stabilization system
We use a special stabilization system that allows us to get long swooping, steady lines and angles that other equipment setups are not capable of.
RED Camera
We shoot on a RED Camera, the kind used in Hollywood productions. Recording RAW at 6K resolution, it captures nearly double the color depth of standard cameras and the dynamic range to hold every gradient of light in a room.
Rectilinear lenses
The lenses we use are rectilinear, which means that unlike other commonly-used wide-angle lenses that have extreme distortion around the edges, these vertical lines will be straight.
Drone aerial
Our drones pair sharp image quality with safety features that protect the property on every flight. Aerial cinematography is included in every shoot, at no extra charge.
You choose the look, not us. Most shooters force one house style on every property. We match the look to your listing and your buyer. Three directions to choose from.
We don't use lens filters, lift our exposure, and spend extra time in reducing image noise. The end result is a more modern, sharp, and contrasty look.
When you desire a more warm, less formal look, we'll use techniques to make the images soft and inviting.
This is where we pull out our cinematic stops and use special filters, add a film emulation in post production, and make special effort to find emotive music.
Most listings land in one of three tiers. The tier sets the shoot day count and the deliverable mix. The tier and add-ons move the budget.
3 to 4 days total. Full 8-hour shoot day (day and evening). Cinematic Story with optional matched models. The full treatment.
1.5 to 3 days of production. Walk-Through 5 to 10 minutes or a leaner Cinematic Story. The middle tier where most luxury listings live.
One shoot day. Client assists in preproduction. Walk-Through 4 to 8 minutes or a tight Cinematic Story. Night shots available as an add-on.
